The Church will ALWAYS “interfere” in politics when politicians are committing sins. Being our conscience is her job. SOMEONE has to do it since people IGNORE their own conscience.
Nero Wolfe wasn’t particularly religious, but I think he would have approved.
I commend the artist.
I have no problem with this.
Dante put some popes in hell too. It’s what artists do.
Do I see Mao and Stalin behind them?
Would the artist accept contributions to work Obama and Clinton somewhere in there as well?
It’s refreshing to see an artist and a church that is willing take a stand for Good in the real world, and not merely in a theoretical or hypothetical sense.
In our country, who is willing to speak out plainly against the evil right in front of us? Who is willing to call out our own Lucifer 0bama, and all of his heinous conspirators for evil? No large religious organization would think of uttering a word against Caesar for such an act would jeopardize their tax exempt status.
I’ve heard that Chuck Baldwin was pretty good, any others?
Had the church not interfered with politics, we’d still have slavery.
I applaud the church for telling the truth.
Didn’t Tito at least have the balls to stand up to Stalin?
I want a copy for my den.
Where else would they be?
It’s about morality, not politics.
When Cesena complained to the pope and asked him to tell Michelangelo to remove it, the pope slyly retorted, “If he put you in purgatory, I could do something for you, but not even the pope can get you out of hell!”
