All of you graciously responded to this thread in 2014.
In this glorious Holy Week, I am happy to report that my son and his wife are today celebrating the 1st birthday of the darling, healthy little boy that they were blessed with following the tragic loss of their unborn twins.
Thank you for your prayers. May God bless all of you.
That’s wonderful! Thank you so much for this happy update!

Aw, [bleep]
I didn’t see the date. I have done this twice in the last month, poured EVERYTHING I HAD into providing comfort to a family only later to see that my time and effort AND PRAYERS were wasted, because I didn’t check the date on the post, and it was a crisis of long past.
I feel like such a fool and I was late for an appt. I thought my experience could help a FReeper and family in need. [golly gee gosh whillikers]
Of course, very happy for you and your family and the new baby.
But I hate this keeping the same title. I’m mad. We should put a stop to this and have success stories years later HAVE A NEW TITLE, new post, with maybe a link to the old post. Dang. Can we get a new rule here????
It’s hard to believe that over 2 years have passed since you first posted about your son, DIL and their twins.
I am so happy to hear that you and your family have been blessed with a baby boy- and already he will be 1! You must be a very happy Grandparent! Hugs!
God is good! :))))
Thank you for the update!
Congratulations to the family!
So great to hear how God has worked in these lives!
Not having checked the date (as I am wont to do), I posted today that I’d pray for a happy outcome for your son, daughter in law .. and, by jove, they got it!. We had a similar situation to your son, with again an ultimately happy outcome later, but it’s so hard at the time of the loss to think forward, and they will always grieve the loss, but their son certainly ameliorates that pain. Happy for all of you!
Glad to hear the happy news. May your grandson have a long, successful, healthy, happy and blessed life. :-)
Wonderful news! Thank you for sharing.
