Comic books are a great way to tell a story and put a point across. They basically are like the storyboards filmmakers use when planning a movie. I always felt that reading comics were like watching movies. I don’t buy comics any more; but I still read my old ones. Using them to explain a religion and its doctrines is a great idea, IMO.

It became appallingly clear how little any of us knew our faith
I had just stumbled upon the greatest problem of my generation of Catholics, wrote Amadeus. It is pretty appalling. I find it hard to believe that a comic book is going to solve that problem, but if it gets some Catholics to begin to further delve into their Catholic Faith, I guess that's a good thing.
