Did the vote result the way it did by dishonorable means?
Since a secret ballot is against BSA policy, the vote is invalid.
The entire executive committee should be thrown out.
But none of that’s going to happen, unless the executive committee is brought to court.
Who will do that?
Certainly not the Mormon leadership, who wanted to homosexualize the BSA.

I think that the Catholic crowd ought best to start local gatherings of the Catholic Scouts.

It reminds me of what I think happened with Obama’s election, and what he is doing with the presidency now.

You know, the BSA is now like the Rainbow Sash crowd. If any Rainbow Sash crowd or any Boy Scouts showed up for Holy Communion, I would not administer Holy Communion to them, for they are swearing to uphold the homosexualized Boy Scout Law, which is now about celebrating how great homosexuality is, against the natural law, the teaching of Scripture and the Church. The BSA has made itself enemies of the Church.
my husband who is Eagle, Order of Arrow and Brotherhhod says this is crazy asmthere have always been gay scouts and leaders but nobody talked about it. He never heard of a gay scout being kicked out and one of his troup leaders was a gay teacher and novody said a word. Sort of a domt ask dont tell.

2012 and the nomination of Mitt Romney who ran on homosexualizing the military and Boy Scout leadership, signaled that there is no longer a party to support the Boy Scouts.
It is hard for such a national organization to face rejection by both parties and to be told that they are left holding the bag, that they join the libertarian trend or become politically and financially isolated and slowly strangled as just another “hate” organization bucking libertarianism and the ending of a common moral structure.

They fill a good neighborhood with section 8 housing and soon, the urban flight begins. They takeover a local government and enact their madness and soon, the productive, voting base of their political opposition flee.
Now, we see this same flight at the state level, or even multi-state regions, such as the entire NE being progressive, where only a generation or two before states like Vermont were solidly Republican and now are progressive playgrounds. Same for California and potentially now Colorado.
Now it has happened to the BSA and good people will fee and leave it to those who changed it.

Why would mothers and fathers encourage their sons to camp out with homosexuals? Remember, too, that the younger scouts almost always have tremendous admiration for the older ones. I see big trouble ahead.
I agree. Would parents allow men scout leaders to camp out (sleep) with their young daughters? I don’t see the difference. This is just sick!

Nobody forced Catholics to choose Obama, even if Romney did get more of their votes than McCain did when he ran against Obama.

Only half of Catholics actually vote and the half that do are nearly equally divided between parties. To those with an agenda and no math skills or knowledge of Catholic teaching this is an indictment of all of Catholicism. Such fools are to be pitied and prayed for and the damage they do to themselves and those who would listen to them needs to be refuted.

Yes, the majority of Catholic voters do vote pro-abortion and pro-homosexual, the democrats count on it.
Even on this thread we have seen a passionate defense for them choosing Obama, why that was so determinedly brought up on this thread to promote that voting is puzzling, but I guess it is just some kind of Catholic thing.
No matter how many times you assert it you cannot equate Catholic voters to all Catholics, and certainly not to the teachings of the Church. I have no idea why that is so damned important to you, but it really is making you look petty and foolish.
If you phrased your proposition that some or even too many Catholics voted the wrong way I would agree with you, but when you make categorical statements about "Catholic" you have to stand on your own with your error.
