Thanks Sal. I was just lamenting that when I’m old no one will be around that shares my memories of early life in our family. My brother but he has been in CA for 30 years and we don’t really have a relationship, especially since it seems he’s gone down the lib path!
Thanks for the info. We have grief people via the hospice and a friend’s church, but I haven’t taken up their time since I think I do well. It’s just sad sometimes, mostly because she has sort of left a rift in our extended family.
Such a relief to read your post. I pray that this improvement continues.

I was in a terrible accident but survived through a two year recovery. I lost several kitties that I loved deeply and still remember fondly but I survived. I lost my wife suddenly and went a little crazy but I survived. My life now is quite wonderful and filled with kitties and family and several jobs I love. It WILL get better! Please hang in, not just for yourself, but for being able to bear witness to what came before.
You have a lot of friends here. Please try to keep your spirits up. I'll do my part for your sweet Halla, as requested.
