Halla the puppy has crashed
Halla-lujah?
It’s a good thing.
You have a big family Salamander.God bless and keep you
A quiet, restful healing *Good Night Moon.*
It is!
I *might* even finally eat a little something today before falling over...:)
Yes, FR is a huge, wonderful family!
Love ‘em all!
God bless you too!
I think I might go pick at some food, now.
I’m famished.
Where DO you find this stuff?
I love that!
Thanks so much, Daffy!
:)
Now THAT is cool, Daffy, very very cool....
BTTT
ONLY if the herding bodyguard is well-armed and knows how to use said arms. Weapons.
Hey! How are *YOU* doin?
Hope you got some shuteye.
Better and still awake despite myself.
Gonna eat a bit, first.
Haven’t eaten all day and with hypoglycemia, that’s kinda rough.
Oh how wonderful!
So eat up & catch some shuteye finally!
(But a pic of Daddy & Halla all snuggled in pink binky would be too much, huh? I imagine him as a big scary dude who wouldn’t much like that, LOL.)
Hope that rapscallion Halla is on the mend.
Hoping and praying all the worry is far behind.
Just woke up and checking in on you and Halla. I’m hoping all the prayers are working and she is getting stronger.
sending you both lots of love wth the sunrise.
(And a cup of coffee)
Keep us posted
So sorry to hear about your puppy.
Praying for the best for you and your family.
If it’s any comfort, I too went through the “sudden departure” of my father a year ago November. He and mom were visiting us through the summer, left my place on the 3rd of November in fine fettle, and I was going to fly down to Arizona to meet them in mid December.
I got a phone call from mom on the 17th at 8 pm, telling me he had passed on, in her arms in the car, after walking out of the Cocopah Casino doing his “happy dance”. That was pretty rough for all involved.
My kitty Quatorze is also getting ready to leave us, as she is off her feed, losing weight, having a bit of bowel trouble, and getting on in years. I rescued her 16 years ago at 10 (ish) months after someone abandoned her at the hospital I was working at. She’s been hinting about wanting to visit the vet one last time. That’s not something I’m looking forward to, but it’s the promise we make when we accept their love.
I know it sounds trite, but remember that God never gives us a challenge he expects us to fail. The trials can be very hard (just read Job), but have faith in yourself and the Lord, and you’ll get through this. Accept the support your hubby gives, and return it. I’m sure he’s having his own issues with this speed bump too.
You, your hubby, and Halla are in my thoughts and prayers.
Good morning, Sal! It sounds like it just might be a really fine day. Was checking in, first thing, and am so happy to read the promising news about Halla. I hope your entire household is fast and peacefully asleep and will stay that way for hours, yet.
Me? Dentist! Scheduled early to get it over with. Will be back on later today. Prayers continually elevating... Hal-la, Hal-la, and like you wrote: Hall-elujah, and praise the Lord for having brought your puppy to such a loving home!
I’m so sorry, fatima. God knows your pain. Just offer it up and believe that your old love will be reunited again one joyful day.
Did they do a head ex ray for a concussion? Sounds like swelling of the brain..... Do you plan on getting her fixed?
