But when it comes to terrorism, we need also to pray that evil, occult tendencies, and arrogance be purged from religions that spawn vehemence and destruction. The Church militant must rise when his faith is under attack, and the Church militant not only prays for a shield but also actively seeks (in prayer) to "deliver us from the evil one."

We are either talking about sovereign countries or we're not. They can deal with killers among them or they can't. No amount of charity or "tribute" (aka extortion) can make them what they are not.
If they ship their nationals to the US, it is their responsibility to determine and certify that they are not blood-crazed killers, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. If they are unable or unwilling, we should not grant them visas of any kind. Period.
This is not rocket science. It is incompetence and stupidity of the highest order.

So long as they neglect to deal with THEIR problem, they can expect an endless train of drones.
If your elected federal official continues to vote for hundreds of billions$ to be given to these koranimals, no questions asked, the rational response is to expose their behavior, and fight mightily to defeat them at the next election, charge them with treason, and strip them of all retirement and benefits.
