I have been clamoring for this forever.
We are either talking about sovereign countries or we're not. They can deal with killers among them or they can't. No amount of charity or "tribute" (aka extortion) can make them what they are not.
If they ship their nationals to the US, it is their responsibility to determine and certify that they are not blood-crazed killers, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. If they are unable or unwilling, we should not grant them visas of any kind. Period.
This is not rocket science. It is incompetence and stupidity of the highest order.

They should start with revoking all privlidges from ANYONE from Saudi Arabia..... ANYONE
Actually it is our responsibility to protect our borders. I really dont want to sublet our security to Chechnaya
