Joining in prayer, Kitty Mittens, for our country and our heroes.
Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called the Children of God....OH LORD, to be known, to be called, to be loved as one of YOUR CHILDREN is a blessing beyond our words, is a joy beyond compare, is a honor beyond our greatest expectations. OH FATHER, thank YOU that we can call YOU that with depth and truth for we who belong to JESUS belong to YOU..Amen. OH LORD, YOU are the Prince of Peace and as such, it behooves us to be Peacemakers, for we are created in YOUR IMAGE. I know many soldiers get hyped for the battle, many soldiers feel a sense of pride in the victory, and I know too that many a heart mourns the life of anyone whose life is taken away in war. Death has no sting for those in CHRIST, but for those who don’t, its eternal damnation transferred from this evil world to the next..what a sobering thought. Dear LORD, I pray for the protection of our military men and women, protection for their hearts, souls, minds and strength, to be vigilant yet merciful if it can be done. I pray for their protection against all evil that will not bow to YOUR MERCY and GRACE and inturn turns its vengeance against the righteous. I pray for the souls of any of our warriors who have not yet found the PEACE of CHRIST to the FATHER in SALVATION..that must be the first marching order...OH LORD GOD..we bow before YOU today in humble thanksgiving and heartfelt love for our kids and all those who are servants to YOU and serve our country...Amen.
