How do the multitudes, the masses, compare in anyway with the hand picked celibate Priests...?

They do not compare other than being authority figures for the young. However, if the argument is advanced that celibacy is a cause of sexual child abuse, then that argument is refuted by pointing out what I point out: that there is plenty of child molesters among the married folk.

Weird post and attempt to get personal and to indicate uncalled for hostility, but I don't think the concern is that celibacy creates homosexuals or a sexual desire for children, but that an all male institution sworn to no women or any sexual or romantic contact with women for one's entire lifetime, might attract men who really like that idea and atmosphere, and commitment to maleness.

If the priests were suddenly allowed to marry, then you would have homosexuals wanting to marry their “partners”, and a whole other can of worms would be opened. Besides, the homos would still not get married to other women, as they have no desire to do so, and they would continue to molest little boys. How is allowing straight men to marry in the church going to stop homos from molesting boys?
