Please God, guide the upcoming conclave of cardinals when they meet to elect a new Pope. Amen.

Good Grief...When’s the last time we had a “Pope Gone Wild”. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Obama found some dirt on the Vatican and threatened to expose it. In exchange for guarantees of silence, the current pope will resign and the next pope will be the first black pope.

And pray as well they select a strong Pope; not a politically correct one.

While these cardinals are all from the US, they are not participating in the conclave to represent US values. Electing a Pope is not a patriotic duty.

It will be this Person's decision that matters in the end.

I’ll guarantee you that US policy will have NO influence other than the rejection of most of US policy from the next Pope.

I personally think the next pope is going to be Cardinal Angelo Bagnasco from Genoa since he is very much like Pope Benedict XVI

No. The Holy Spirit will choose the next pope. Funny, the media couldn't see Karol Józef Wojtyła or Joseph Ratzinger. I just have to wonder at those who not only hate the church, but have as much understanding of the Magisterium as earthworms do of the internal combustion engine, attempting to discern its leaders or its dogma.
