This is not just a Catholic issue. All of us should applaud the current Pope. In this he speaks for all of us, who believe that truth is a positive value; that only by accepting truth as a sacred premise governing any social interaction, can man achieve his potential.

Unfortunately, most people today think Communism was a good thing. Why do you think anti-Communism and anti-Communists like McCarthy are consistently portrayed as evil and Communists like the Hollywood Ten portrayed as heroes?

Contemporary liberalism (and unfortunately most people who have been brainwashed by it) sincerely believe that anti-Communism is motivated only by racism, "sexism," etc., and that therefore Communists are simply angels who want "social justice."
