Of course Jesus Christ is infinite! He is the Great Jehovah of the Old Testament and the Redeemer/Savior of the New Testament. He is the Creator. His infinite Atonement was the great sacrifice for all our sins, illnesses and afflictions. I have no idea why you believe anything else about me and my Savior.
Here is what we believe about Jesus (look in John Chapter 1):
Jesus created this earth.
Jesus created worlds without number.
Jesus was the firstborn spirit of our Father in Heaven.
Jesus was a God before He was born on this earth.
Jesus was the One who established the covenant with Abraham.
Jesus was the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Jesus appeared to Moses in the burning bush.
Jesus helped the children of Israel escape from Egypt and parted the Red Sea.
Jesus gave the Ten Commandments to Moses.
Jesus is Jehovah, the God of the Old Testament.
He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is our Savior, Redeemer and Soon-Coming King.
“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth.”

Interesting stories by C.S. Lewis and I understand Joseph Smith might have had a few imaginative speculations, but the Bible is strangely silent on the subject.
“Jesus was the firstborn spirit of our Father in Heaven.”
And now we have the answer to my question. Jesus was not “born” as a spirit; He and the Father (and the Holy Spirit) always were, always existed. His birth refers to the incarnation, and “firstborn” refers to rank, since he’s also the ONLY begotten Son of the Father.
His dad has a body of flesh
He showed up in the woods and didn't say anything.
His blood is not adequate to forgive the sin of murder.
He will NOT be with most of the MORMONs when they get to 'heaven'
He did not intervene, like he did with the woman caught in adultery, and protect Emma Smith from heavenly threats.
