A San Rafael priest charged with exposing himself at China Camp State Park was granted misdemeanor diversion, giving him the chance to clear his record in two years.
The Rev. Feliciano Torres Mofan, 58, was arrested Aug. 23 during an undercover sting at the state park, where rangers were cracking down on lewd behavior and sexual activity. The park said Mofan approached a plainclothes ranger at Chicken Coop Hill, propositioned him for sex and exposed himself.

Parks and rest stop bathrooms seem to be preferred places for the perverts to meet and engage in annonymous perversion.

That’s a shame. Game cameras are cheap and can be made nearly undetectable, I’d love to see a few pervs be confronted with arrest warrants a few days after they choose to engage in this kind of “fun”.
