I hope all those of conscience resign. The only chaplains the military would have left would be Universalists, Satanists, Wiccans and Muslims.
Reminiscent of Obama's assurance that under Obamacare, "if you like your medical insurance policy, you can keep it."
That would suit Obama just fine!
And his master, as well...
More suicides for sure!
How soon before these Political Officers just admit that is what they are?
And B. Hussein hopes you get your wish as he has a clear agenda in attacking the Christian right in America and kicking God out of our society. I can soon see a day when a conservative chaplain will be discliplined and even court martialed for defending the faith in opposition to the pro-fag policies of the Armed Forces.
It is sick enough that we let homos into the military in the first place. We should not need to cater to their every whim.
Remind me again why congress was allowed to rubber stamp this in a December 2010 lame duck session.
Where's mccain, powell, and other ‘military experts’ the msm has time for on Sunday mornings? Stand up and be counted, gentlemen...
Ahhhhhh.....admiral mike mullen.......Popeye the Sailor Man....couldn’t fight his way out of a wet paper sack.....hey mike!....hear the screams of those boys dying in Afghanistan while you’re worried about the homosexuals? You can ignore fighting to win, but you can’t ignore the homosexuals? What a warrior......
the military upper echelon is nothing more than back biting corporate wheeler dealers...
these admirals and generals smell promotions and smell future careers outside of the military with big contractors....
they follow the company line no matter who gets damaged or destroyed..
Mullen and Casey are birds of a feather. PC, liberal trash.
Exactly so. And why should he resign! Let the admiral resign!
Fight to the bitter end and make them fire you!
History will not look kindly on these men if they avoid their duty to God and our once republic.
I guess in the military, the anal card trumps the religious liberty card. So much for Christian participation and influence in the US military, which means the US military is headed for serious hell on earth for the limited time that it survives.
I can see how this would fit in God’s plan, though. The US is serving as the military for the UN beast now and not the country of our forefathers and our people. Christians should not be involved in that service to darkness. It must be time to separate the wheat from the tares.
Well... if they remain and are forbidden to minister to the troops as their faith doctrine requires, what exactly is the gain here?
Hopefully President Romney will ask for Mullen’s resignation first.
The perverbial “crap will hit the fan” when the SCOTUS says that freedom of conscience under the 1st amendment is being violated by the healthcare mandate. Once the 12 lawsuits against the gob’mint implicate Obama’s illegal laws, it won’t be long before the military are informed they CANNOT mandate that chaplains conform or resign.

I agree whole heartedly with you. This does bring back a sweet memory though. I was talking with a member of the board of directors for my credit union about another member who was up for re-election. His comment was: ####### still thinks he’s a Colonel in the Air Force as he tries to order us around to do whatever he wants done. Maybe in twenty years or so he might realize that he’s a civilian now.
Elections have consequences, that's why. Hell, I knew DADT would be destined for the scrap heap as soon as I saw the election results roll in. I'm only surprised Obama took as long as he did doing it.
Today, openly gay service is the Law of the Land. Admiral Mullen is telling his chaplains they can follow the law or hit the bricks. Again, elections have consequences. Can't believe people here are surprised.
