Your perception is incorrect.
Christians do not think that Jews are doomed. The Bible doesn’t say that Jews are doomed; just temporarily blinded by God, so that the gentile branch can be grafted into “Israel.” It actually says that all of true Israel will be saved, not doomed.
You have a partial understanding of your scriptures, but so do most present “Christians.” In the case of the Jews, the lack of understanding was deliberately caused by God to complete his plans, and in the case of the supposed Christians, the cause of their misunderstanding is their own lack of desire to understand.
First century Christians understood; they all celebrated the Lord’s appointed feasts, that is 90% of what the New Testament was about; read it and see. Every time they got together it was one of the feasts; how can so many Christians miss that fact?
I would just add that the partial blindness applies only to the physical, ethnic descendents of Abraham, not Gentile converts to Judaism. God calls all of the Jewish descendents of Abraham His chosen people and the apple of His eye. Gentiles, apart from those who have trusted the death of Jesus as payment for their sin, are never referred to by God as His people.
