More arguments come from the writings of Paul than any where else in the Bible, that is because the gentiles knew nothing of jesus or of the history and Paul was trying to explain it to them starting from scratch so that they could start churches that would glorify god, adding to the believers.
But what it amounts to is that the Gospel of Jesus was to be preached into all of the world as a witness unto men and then the end would come.

He also said that he would raise up those who believed in him, and he alone will know who truly believes in him.
We can not stop people from being what they are, so much of it is nothing more than religion, trying to white wash ourselves.
In gods eyes one sin is just as bad as another, even though one may seem much bigger to us, the only sin that god can not forgive is unbelief.
The ten commandments are Gods laws, thou shall not commit adultery is no different than thou shall keep the sabbath day holy, so are those who keep the first day of the week holy instead of the seventh day as God said just as guilty as those who commit adultery? i can not see any difference.
True, the 10 ARE GOD's law; but to WHOM were the 10 given?
That's right - His CHOSEN people.
NOT to the Gentiles.
Jerusalem can make all the traffic laws it wants; but they do not apply to those driving in Denver.

and rebuild David’s fallen tent.
Its ruins I will rebuild,
and I will restore it,
17 that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,
even all the Gentiles who bear my name,
says the Lord, who does these things’[b]—
18 things known from long ago.[c]
19 “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. 21 For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.”

To the Gentile believers in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia:
Greetings.
24 We have heard that some went out from us without our authorization and disturbed you, troubling your minds by what they said. 25 So we all agreed to choose some men and send them to you with our dear friends Barnabas and Paul— 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 Therefore we are sending Judas and Silas to confirm by word of mouth what we are writing. 28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things.
