Geez. Probably possessed of a demon or liberalism.....what an ass.
wow.... just.... wow... this guy is a loony Anglican pastor..
Anybody else here think that Wales needs to buy a vowel?
IIf he thinks God is bad now wait until he spends eternity in hell.
What a hateful little sod.
Still, I’m willing to bet that this man (I can’t bring myself to call him a pastor, as a pastor must have respect for God) would never dream of burning a Koran. Oh no, that would be intolerant. Which really gets to the point and makes you wonder: liberals are tolerant of all religions save one. They find ways to rationalize this in their own minds, convincing themselves that we’re dominant and that we’re the hateful ones — as though casting the blame on us somehow makes them any less hypocritical.
One hopes that God will grant this man the grace to see how far he’s fallen prey to the wiles of the evil one and open his eyes before it is too late.
2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. KJV
The church is full of “Christians” who take this Jefferson Bible approach to the Word of God. They choose to rationalize and ignore scriptures they do not like, and walk in sin. What is sad, is that since they are church members and/or have leadership roles, they are completely deceived into believing they are doing God’s will.
Matthew 18:15-17 says how to deal with such people. I left a church due to a leader not being held accountable for sin, and I got “rebuked” for it.
Gee! And the media just happen to be there. Same media that has doubts every Christmas or Easter on the front pages. I wonder what possessed this people?
Martin Luther all over again.
A cruel and vile God, huh? I suspect he ain’t seen nothing yet...woe unto those that call good evil!
I personally'd be a bit more worried about offending God. Just saying.
Wonder if it was about certain mortal sins and the consequences of committing them?
Thomas Jefferson did the same thing.
Nancy Pelosi’s new pastor. A typical liberal.
“and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Rev 22”19
Wow. Maybe instead of trashing the word of God, he should try a different translation. /sarc
This is disgusting. Why is he still in the Church if he thinks God is cruel and vile?
That said, I had a professor who used to tear out a page of an old (1960s at time) bible when she was making the point that it is a book and that we needed a bible for the course we could write in. I’m sure there are people who are offended by the fact I write in my Bibles (a lot) but I would NEVER EVER EVER cut out parts I don’t like or that make me uncomfortable (not that I can think of any atm).
I’m appalled at this behavior because of the motivation and what it represents, besides being an attention stunt.
I personally’d be a bit more worried about offending God.

I don’t think this guy believes in Him.
Hmmm. Sounds like palaeo-/FReeper hero Thomas Jefferson.
...also cut up pages from the King James Bible to create an artwork. Unveiling it at a church event, he said it revealed a "cruel and vile God".
