Credo in Deum Patrem omnipotentem;
Creatorem caeli et terrae.

Et in Jesum Christum,
Filium eius unicum, Dominum nostrum;
qui conceptus est
de Spiritu Sancto,
natus ex Maria virgine;
passus sub Pontio Pilato,
crucifixus, mortuus, et sepultus;
descendit ad inferos;
tertia die resurrexit a mortuis;
ascendit ad caelos;
sedet ad dexteram Dei Patris omnipotentis;
inde venturus est
iudicare vivos et mortuos.

Credo in Spiritum Sanctum;
sanctam ecclesiam catholicam;
sanctorum communionem;
remissionem peccatorum;
carnis resurrectionem;
vitam aeternam. Amen.

Posting in a language that a very limited number of people understand is one of the problems of the Catholics. It is neither pious nor edifying. It’s a form of humanism in that using a language not understood thinking that one appears pious is being puffed up with ones self. Jesus said “verily, they have their reward”.

When you use a foreign language in your post - and it is not common, e.g. adios - always include the English translation.
