In this, the inaugural Free Republic prayer thread for Governor Sarah Palin, please join in lifting the Governor up in prayer, either of your own choosing or the following.....
"May you, O Lord, bless Sarah and keep her and make your face to shine upon her. May you lift up your countenance upon her and give her peace this day and forevermore. Clothe your servant with the armor of God, preserve her from all the fiery darts of the most wicked one and deliver her not up to the will of her enemies. Amen.”
Praises are Yours, oh Lord. Thank You for Sarah Palin, for guiding her in Your wisdom, so that she is a beacon of Truth and Light. We pray for her protection, and for her precious family’s protection against the evil that threatens them and our Republic. Please grant her and us the peace and serenity that only You can through our faithful prayer and worship. Your Will Be Done.

Almighty God, we turn from evil towards You and humbly implore You to grant us mercy.
We turn to You in the great expectation of receiving from You all of these things.
Please forgive us our sins against You, heal our brokenness, and renew our hearts so that we may be one in You.
Please grant wisdom to our current leaders to make decisions in accordance with Your will for life.
Please protect the lives of all Your servants, our families, and Sarah Palin for whom we gather here to pray.
Please guard us, protect us from our enemies, from terrorism, from war as we embrace Your just judgment.
Please stand watch over Sarah Palin and may Your Holy Angels circle her, and us, to keep all of us in peace.
May Your blessing be always upon us. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Almighty God, we trust in Your great mercy.
May Your everlasting reign be recognized on earth.
