Notice the ONLY bible translators that render it grace is the Catholic bible translated from greek to latin to english..
"6:8 And Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people." I assume Rome does not believe Stephen was sinless from birth.
How bout Luke 7:28? I tell you, among those born of women there is no one greater than John; yet the one who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.”
So what? Catholics use the Catholic bible. You use whatever one you want. What is the actual original word, and how exactly is it translated?
Particularly so since we don’t use “grace” in an archaic meaning today. It’s a bit like using “villain” to refer a person who lives in a villa.
And yet the Greeks and the Greek Orthodox who do their readings in the original Greek believe in Mary being full of grace. Could they perhaps know better Greek than the chaps you mentioned?
