Wonder how Rome translates Act 6:8

"6:8 And Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people." I assume Rome does not believe Stephen was sinless from birth.

Unfortunately, the correct translation of this verse is “full of faith (pistis) and power.” The word for grace (charis) is not found in the verse.
