taking requests for chapel.
Fr. Joy (from India) just emailed me one: “Pray for me.”
Pray for the best in all mankind.
Yes. My husband and I are missionaries on a Bible Translation Team. We praise the Lord for the increase in monthly financial partners. We praise the Lord for the decrease of our deficeit. Please also pray for more monthly financial partners and for gifts to eliminate our deficeit. We want to get back overseas ASAP.
Yes. Pray for my wife, please. Her slurring of words and confusion seem to be coming back. She had a mild stroke in April.
I called Jamie, for whom I asked you to pray last week, the other day. (We’re going to pay her electric bill.) She said more people than she’d ever imagined even knew her have been helping her and her sons since she lost her job ... helping her with unemployment filing, bringing them food and diapers, buying gas. We’re all God’s hands for Him, but I’m sure your prayers helped people to recognize what He wanted them to do.
My uncle Allen is dying from terminal cancer, but his spirits always remain high, please pray that he does not suffer too much in the final days (I’ll be praying with you)
Please keep my brother-in-law’s brother in prayer, was told he has lung cancer, BIL very upset.
Please pray for Sarah, who is very ill, she is rejecting Jesus in her final days. Pray that she will accept Christ and be saved. Pray for my family to have more than enough income to pay our bills and our debt. Pray for my daughter’s safety in traveling. Pray for the souls in Purgatory to be released. And thank Jesus for all of His wonderful blessing for Our wonderful Nation. And to continue protection and peace for this Nation. Thank-you!
Please pray for Seaman Anoreth and her shipmates, freezing their gazoogles off in Washington’s coldest weather for a long time.
A solid Catholic Academic Dean for the Catholic school at which I work. And another kid.
The souls in purgatory.
My dad, to recognize that the ‘church’ he’s affiliated himself with is a new-age cult, and get back to any Christian one.
Pleae pray for a family friend who is struggling with a difficult cancer diagnosis. Thank you.
I’ll pray for her.I know what she is going through.I hate to ask for likewise when others are so troubled, but I have had a return of lack of balance from a previous stroke.
Prayer is powerful and does work.Blessings to all.
Please pray for my husband, Tony. We have just moved to a senior high-rise because of his Parkinsons’s, and he is having trouble adapting to his loss of control.
Please, Dear Heavenly Father, help Tony to accept his loss of control over his physical body, and help him to discover new talents given by You. Help him discover Your many blessings given to him.
I ask in the name of Jesus, who promised us if we prayed in His Blessed Name.
Amen, understanding that Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven
Please pray for my son. He is depressed, having a great deal of difficulty in school. He had previously been diagnosed with Asperger’s but it is now thought to be not the case and that perhaps he has a schizophrenic disorder. He has been thinking about suicide once in awhile. I am worried sick.
Still need a job. Unemployment benefits (26 weeks) running out before Christmas.
The neat thing about these threads is that I’ll bet it isn’t just Catholic Examiner who is praying for us; I’ll bet we all see the requests on this thread and we’re all going to be praying for each other. I’ll certainly be praying for all y’all.
Please pray for me. I am alone and lost.
