.

By glossing over at least 2,942 (perhaps upwards of 8,000 these days) idiosyncrasies that lie within Roman Catholicism itself!

.

INDEED . . . along with saying that the RCC is 1.X billion EXCEPT when they're talking about NON-RCINO'S, certain politicians etc. THEN it turns out, the truly White Hanky'd faithful may be only 20% of the normally flaunted 1.X billion;

and how yeah, their priests have been horrid at training altar boys in various recreational activities--but FAR LESS than Proddys and public school teachers . . . and besides . . . yada yada yada . . . the rubber calculator gets lots of use in various ways for various reasons--all having to do with making the INSTITUTION GOD and everyone and everything else subservient and wrong--in more or less all cases on all occasions on any pretext for more or less any fantasized reason.

And then they blithely act as though such number juggling is perfectly holy, righteous, flawless, sanctified, Mary ordained, wrapped in several layers of White Hankys; exalted in repeated UFO engineered 'apparitions;' paraded in festivals as HOLY ICONS TO TRUTH etc.

And THEN they act incredulous and terminally wounded when Proddys and other onlookers laugh at such absurdities.

Oh, And that doesn't count . . . using the term loosely . . .

the pretended, fantasized 'fact' that the Inquisition never really happened; that the Vatican didn't have anything to do with it; that whatever did happen happened only to a few stray derelects wandering too close to some rare rabidized county sheriffs loosely overseen from a distance by some saintly RC priests . . .

And 99.9% of those few altar boys weren't really boys but more or less consenting adults . . . yada yada yada . . . /sar

In short, the rubber calculator can get a thorough workout almost any time some RC's hereon begin to type.

between their estimates of the number of Protestant churches, RCC membership, and the rosary stuff, it’s becoming very apparent that most Catholics are extremely math challenged.

That explains how they come up with a Trinity of four.

They also tend to undercount the number of Catholic denominations/sectlets.

Yep. ping to 123.

Not” being worthy to say HER name”

Don,t know for sure if this is a sneak attack or what, but I was not talking about the worth of Mary, I was referring to my own worth or more justifiably unworth.

But i can understand how good people would not understand that.

using Christ’s name in prayer is vain repetition - That’s special.

WHy do gnostics such as your group believe in secret knowledge and recipes? Why do gnostics seem to think that the God of the Old Testament is not part of the Trinity?

The RCC catechism teaches that Mary actively works with Christ to redeem the world.

That is blasphemy.

I think you are mistaken. We ask Mary to pray for us. That’s all. Haven’t you ever asked anyone to pray for you?

That’s it. Period.

We ask Mary to pray for us. That’s all. Haven’t you ever asked anyone to pray for you? That’s it. Period.

All our prayers are to be directed to God alone. It is God alone who hears our prayers and answers them.

But regarding Mary, the RCC steps even further into apostasy. From the RCC catechism via Vatican.va...

968 - Her role in relation to the Church and to all humanity goes still further. "In a wholly singular way she cooperated by her obedience, faith, hope, and burning charity in the Savior's work of restoring supernatural life to souls. For this reason she is a mother to us in the order of grace."509

969 - "This motherhood of Mary in the order of grace continues uninterruptedly from the consent which she loyally gave at the Annunciation and which she sustained without wavering beneath the cross, until the eternal fulfillment of all the elect. Taken up to heaven she did not lay aside this saving office but by her manifold intercession continues to bring us the gifts of eternal salvation .... Therefore the Blessed Virgin is invoked in the Church under the titles of Advocate, Helper, Benefactress, and Mediatrix."510

As blue-duncan once said so well, before people toss around words like "Mediatrix," they should know the meaning of "Mediator."

Another short prayer:

Praise to God the Father,
Praise to God the Son,
Praise to God the Holy Spirit,
Three in one.

Yikes! Talking about lifting someone up! There is only ONE precious name, the Name of JESUS. Everyone and everything else is under Him.

As i have already pointed out, i was not referring to Marys worth, but my own worth or rather unworth, yes i believe Mary was no different than thousands of other virgins of her day.

The honor she had was in baring the son of God, but it seems that she had no idea what purpose Jesus had come for.

Like Jesus,s older step brothers and sisters or what ever they were, i do not see any thing to show that she excepted Jesus as savior While he was still alive.
