Where did Jesus literally say that He is God the Father?
Jesus was given the authority to speak as though He is the Father it was given by God Himself because They are ONE in mind.
Husband and wife are one but they still are two seperate beings.

could not be any clearer that it mean one in mind or spirit.
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:

to ignore this or dismiss it for what it says for the life of me I can not figure out why someone would want to do that.

BTW, do you understand the difference in working your way to worthiness for God’s Grace to be applied, and accepting the Grace of God in Christ by faith so that He is in you for the rest of life? ...
