Father, this is such a remarkable and marvelous promise You have given us. We step out onto the water today and trust You to fulfill it. You have given us saving faith and Jesus is developing that mountain-moving faith in us. Continue that work You have begun in us so that we can be fruitful for Your Kingdom. We are gathered here together, Father, to exercise that faith and growing trust in Your faithfulness and love.

We pray today for every single individual who has committed to serving our Country by joining a branch of our military. We include those who were motivated by patriotism as well as those who were motivated by personal needs. Hide them all in the shelter of Your wings; cover each one with Your love—even those whose eyes are covered by the veil of unbelief in Your existence or greatness. You love each one and so do we. Because we have asked, we trust that You are sending each one a laborer who will deliver the message of Your love. Let the laborers’ speech and their preaching be not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That their faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. (1 Cor. 2:4-5)

We ask You to bless our America with more of You and Your ways of doing and being right. Pour out of Your Spirit on our thirsty land, Sir.

Thank You for answering our prayers in Jesus' name. Amen.
