Freepers, we first started praying for these babies when their mother was 21 weeks gestation and showing signs of labor. (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2549381/posts) They were born at 26 weeks gestation. Hannah and Emma are their names. Emma was born healthier than Hannah, who has already had to undergo surgery to deal with blood and fluid on her brain. Emma, who wasn't on a breathing machine had to be put on one shortly after being moved to another hospital where her sister could get more specialized care. Tonight, they are both fighting upper respiratory infections or something unknown and are in great need of prayer.
Fervent prayers up for these precious girls and their mother.

Both my 6 & 7 yo Goddaughters were born premature. They are the picture of health now. These 2 angels will be in my prayers for their health and wellbeing. Prayers for Mom, Dad and the babies doctors as well.
That would be most excellent!
I'll add the quads to our Parish Prayer List.
Prayers for those little ones. My twin daughters were preemies - both about 3 lbs 2 oz. They are almost teens now - and taller than mom!
Those sick little girls will probably catch up to the boys in no time. Baby girls are tougher than baby boys from what they say. I think that holds true into adulthood too, at least if you’re a mom! (I’m a guy.)
We prayed on the air yesterday for them,Fatima
I have been praying for these two little babies each day since I read the first thread last month. It will be easier to pray for them now that we know their names. May God bless and keep little Hannah and Emma safe and healthy.
