While I agree with you zeal against islam, because Beck/mormonism is trying to jump into this whole current populist uprising against progressive liberalism, I will stand back and judge those religio-political implications of mormonism current agressive political push.
Thank you for explaining this Godzilla....it is not hard to understand but in the push internationally and here in the states for “inclusion” of the faiths...and this with the feely touchy words of “peace. love charity hope etc.” It is all about making people “feel” good. ...and that is not the message of the Cross.....
So people will get on board this push because they can use it to escape their sin before our Holy God...this deception will make them feel better...unfortunately to their own peril. And yet the United States soverignity hangs in the balance still....no amount of unity of faiths is going to prevent the downfall we are experiencing until there is a push for all men to repent. I don’t see that is going to happen in mass...rather they will follow the piped-piper to a false sense of security and hope. The great deception.
Indeed.
Ninevah wasn’t spared by God because the people got all excited and decided to take their country back, they fell on their faces in sackcloth and ashes seeking God’s forgiveness. THEN God was moved.
I don’t think it’s appeasement by any means....it is however the push to align the primary religions..(where the money is) on an international level. The international community can never install an international government without funds going thru it....and replenishment of. Additionally how to get it from the sources where money travels most. The Mormon church is well known for it’s vast properties, business and otherwise...it’s investments and vast flow of monies thru their “rule” you must tithe 10%. Even Beck raised this at his event and again stressed today on his radio broadcast. When you see the membership of “organizations” (churches) who have people freely giving their wealth you can be sure the international community will go after that. Especially in light of the world markets etc.
Further the Islamic Temples/Minerets and the Mormons Temples..have very much in common...just in their archetecture....take a look at the new ones going up in the Middle East as “world faith buildings”...equipped with meeting places for Government officials. These are sky scraper buildings.
None of this can happen without weakening our country and uniting the religions here and worldwide. So if you can bring people together in a ‘Spiritual” sense....then the monies will flow....as will the powers. The Arabs have the oil...(Islam)....the US has the banks and internet....the Mormons have the property and business...and the political agenda.
Exactly...
Look at AA groups and self help groups....though on a much smaller scale if there is no repentance they go in circles and become dependant on the group....but when the Salvation message is included...lifes change..the circle is broken and Christ becomes their source.
It is the same for countries...the US has passed laws which fly in the face of a Holy God...he has been patient beyond understanding...but when ever a country stops seeking God and his ways...they are invaded. We are being invaded from within and without...and because our Government is so corrupt they not only leave the door open but are inviting them in and paying them for comming.
Government cannot stop this because they are the ones doing it....and the Islamic, Mormon, and all other Asian faiths are flooding in as well. Rather than fight these...we are trying to unite them...that is not Biblical in any sense...rather it comes from he who pushes the world to accomodate his one day man of the hour.
I believe more and more conversions to Christianity will continue to decrease and likely the believers will go underground at the rate things are happening ...
In Islam and Mormonism there is no freedom to NOT believe. Our colleges ligitimize Islam but deligitimize Christianity.
And the false security of inclusion of the faiths will ultimately be the downfall....there is no repentance today..rather...well enough .
Sounds about right. Of course, Glenn's group will have to give up coffee, tea, wine and allow their underwear to be chosen by "leaders".
Both are trying conversions, but one is politically backed (Islam) while the other is despised by both sides of the political spectrum (Mormonism). One has far more numerically in membership and wealth (people forget the wealthy sheiks in the Middle East or the merchants in Southeast Asia) 50,000 missionaries worldwide is small in comparison to the growth of Islam in America (100,000 to over 10 million). One at least receives a show of sympathy from politicians when some allegation comes of a koran or mosque being defiled, but no such sympathy comes for a Mormon, it’s a check against them becoming as arrogant as radical Islam. BTW, do you think the actions against polygamy in the 19th century humbled them to the will of the other Americans. My observation of Mormonism in this case shows that they possess very human fears such as being politically powerless or without wealth. They gave in when the rule of law was ultimately applied to them.
I would like to talk more, but other matters of life call my name, I would also like to refer you to post #46, some of the referenced people there give plenty of good reason why you have little reason to be afraid of the Church, based on how they are demographically, financially, and politically doing!
Don’t view them as being more powerful than they really are, this view is very self-defeating.
morph, I do have a very good feel for the spread of islam and the threat it poses.
I also have a very good knowledge of mormonism and if a prompter of mormonism starts ‘spirituality’ and America, I will pause and evaluate that.
You may discount the spiritual realm, I don’t and if mormonism starts driving our spiritual worldview, there will be very little left to resist islam with.
