Get over it.
Read the posts, Dr. Eck brought this up and I showed her how wrong she was.
The Problem with most sola-solas is that they do not read through and do not read in context. This is because when they are school kids they are taught excerpted bibles and out of context verses. They are taught one or two verses (St. Paul's epistles and one or two OT verses) and no gospels. This is simplified into "We be Presbos, we be rite, we be anti-Church". No wonder little school kids have no problem understanding a litany of hate....

Ridiculous. So we were once little school kids. No gospel was ever taught in public schools. Sunday school, yes, and bible stories (not so much verses) and parables were taught, along with songs like “Jesus loves me”. We were admonished to learn what sin was and avoid it. We were encouraged to love Jesus and be better persons. Where you get your ideas and information from is anybody’s guess.
