Any group that holds true to the orthodox tenets of the Trinitarian faith as described in the Nicene Creed and which has a valid baptism in the name of the Father,Son and Holy Spirit, is an estranged part of The Body.
In fact, the Holy Spirit is alive and well in these Christ honoring protestant portions of the body.

Nothing that I know of. The Nicene and Apostles Creed simply state our belief in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
