As an Anglican, I do not see protestants outside the body of Christ. There could be exception's based on belief systems that do not align with Holy Scripture...right?

In fact, the Holy Spirit is alive and well in these Christ honoring protestant portions of the body.

Magnificent ministries and countless lives are won, healed and renewed throughout the world for the Kingdom of God.

God would turn away those baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit because it was a baptist preacher performing the sacrament of baptism?

I do not know of a conservative protestant denomination that does not hold to the trinitarian doctrine. As far as the Nicene Creed, In your opinion, what is in the Creed that protestants disagree?

Nothing that I know of. The Nicene and Apostles Creed simply state our belief in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The holy catholic church is the portion MEN have interpreted to mean the Catholic church rather than the church universal.

I see Traditional Lutherans and Anglicans as being part of the body of Christ as is any group that holds true to the tenets of the Nicene Creed.
