I had to wait for my husband to get back from jogging (and then he mowed the lawn), but when he came in and I asked him, he said, “My guess is Ash Wednesday.” Seems he was correct!
I knew the three went together, but didn’t know they were called that.
April 15th?
On prayer: My Dear Hubby gets some real credit here. He is obsessed with getting to mass on time. I, OTOH, would be terrible about wandering in late, if left to my own devices. (Wouldn’t want to actually PRAY too much, or anything.)
Room for improvement here, on my part.

LOL! that could be true. A lot of praying fasting and, of course, giving money in taxes, on April 15th.
This is so fun! This is stuff I, a convert, do not know.
Don't feel bad. Some of us cradle Catholics don't know it either because nobody bothered to teach it to us.
Excellent works to perform, no question. But I would probably put witnessing/evangelization above all three.
