I’m not being divisive but choose not to believe any of the stuff regarding and surrounding Medjugorje. Six Visionaries? Sounds like a Lord of the Rings thing and I’m honestly not trying to be disrespectful here.

Should be interesting to follow the story if it does happen. Although I don’t think anyone in the Vatican, and for that matter, of the Medjugorje visionaries, would talk with the press.
At least I hope they wouldn’t!

It’s taken The Vatican 26 years to do this?
I’m sure I’m missing something. Somebody help me here.

Idunno, since the appearance of the Frying Pan Image of London, this crowd seems to be a bit out of date...

First hand account here. I went to Medjugorje in Oct of 97. I have been a faithful Catholic ever since that time. the guy that went with me is a transitional deacon and will be a priest in a year. He has been in formation and on this path ever since we went. This month in my diocese a man who parents organized trips to Medjugorje became a priest. Is it authentic, not for me to say. Have their been good things happen to people who went there, this I can testify to.

People seem much more comfortable acknowledging spiritual phenomena and miracles and saints and Masters... in the past.
Preferably the distant past.
I’m sure God would never upset such preferences.

This is a little on the stunning side. I thought this one was thoroughly renounced.
