A little late in my opinion.

Yes I am with you Salvation. Anything the USCCB does is so milquetoast it is doomed to fail IMHO.

If they were serious about vocations they could start with:

* Eliminate "altar girls"
* Require the Extraordinary Form at every parish
* Purge the heterodox bishops, especially the homos
* Show some leadership in confronting pseudo-Catholic politicians
* Stop the feminization of the church

Do the bishops have the stones to do any of the above? Not a chance.

But hey they can put up a web site that everyone will ignore.

If only the USCCB had any credibility whatsoever. Over half the American bishops covered up sex abuse in one way or another. They have discredited their own priesthoods. After poisoning the well, they expect holy men to jump in. Good luck! We need prayer, not the USCCB.
