Who writes these sentences for Obama?
This sentence as written means he (presumably Christ, note Obama's usage of the lower case "h" in referring to the Saviour of mankind) even showed grace to those who didn't kill him. (i.e. They would have killed him, but they didn't.) Christ was even showing grace to those who didn't kill him? Huh? What is significant about that?
I think most Christians would say "He even showed grace to those who would (were about to) kill Him," or "He even showed grace to those who killed Him."
He talks as if Christ were a distant hero. Not the Saviour of the World, or even his personal Saviour.
What say you? Would you consider Mr. Obama Christian?

It is worse than that — He (yes, it is sad when people don’t know the difference between “He/Him” and “he/him”) granted both FORGIVENESS and INTERCESSION (a lesson that many do not learn) to His killers. This was accomplished though the grace of His Father.
Jesus didn’t SHOW grace — He HAD it.
> “We are awed by the grace he showed even to those who
> would have killed him,”
Moslems do not believe that Jesus died on the cross.
