Jesus said 3 days and 3 nights in Hell.

No He Didn't! He said 3 days and 3 nights in the GRAVE! Maybe you need to check up on the term "hades" and "sheol"?

Have you actually been to Hell?

You would have to have died to be buried - in hell/grave.

I don’t believe there is a sunny day in Hell.

Neither do I. I don't believe that the sun lightens up the ground 6 feet deep :-)

Apostles Creed:

He descended into hell, on the third day is rose again from the grave.

Some Catholics now say “descended to the dead”.

On the cross, Christ said to the good thief, “Today you will be with me in paradise.” Because Christ was the first one into heaven, Catholics know that he descended to those waiting to enter heaven — one of the Gospels even talks about the dead rising from their graves and roaming throughout Jerusalem. They an the dead waiting in paradise (Purgatory) in Catholic language) just had to wait for Christ to enter heaven first.

Jesus said: “three days and three nights IN THE HEART OF THE EARTH” which is figurative language for LIVING, hell. It is not literal language for being “in the earth”=”in the grave”: DEAD.
