From: April T. Subject: Mary Date: Friday, November 6, 2009, 8:41 AM I called the hospital this morning. They just brought Mary into her room a little before 8:00. Due to the out break of H1N1 in the area visiting hours are restricted to 12:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Also, children under 17 are not allowed to visit at this time. They also ask if anyone with a runny nose or flu type symptoms would not visit the hospital.
The nurse did not have any other information for me, other than Mary is very sleepy now. (That is quite understandable).
I stand amazed at the talent God has given to man, to even make such an operation possible.
May our prayers continue to seal Mary's healing.

May God continue to bless her with healing.
Continued prayers for God’s blessings on all.
PRAISE GOD! Oh, Mary I am SOOOO happy for you!
I had a weird feeling something was “up” with you, and I have been praying for you the last few days since I’ve been unable to get online! You will remain in my thoughts and prayers - especially now that I know what I’m praying about (God knew though! LOL). Hang in there! I know it was hard for my Mom for a few weeks especially right after her transplant... BUT, I know you’ll be feeling better than ever VERY, VERY soon though! I can’t even begin to express how VERY happy I am for you! {{{HUGS & LOVE}}} - LR
As the daughter of someone who received a kidney transplant many years ago, I just wanted to take a moment to thank the family and friends of Mary’s donor. Your gift is an incredible testament to caring for and loving your fellow man.
May God hold you close in your time of grief, and may you know that many are praying for all of you as well! God bless you for your kind and generous act in the midst of what must be an incredibly difficult time for you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping my dear friend, Mary.
Update
Subject: Mary
Date: Friday, November 6, 2009, 10:26 PM
Saw Mary after work today. She wasn’t feeling very good but that’s to be expected. The doctor said she is getting good perfusion to the kidney but its functioning has not kicked in yet. He said it usually takes about 24 hours so be praying that it starts working the way it needs to.
Her blood pressures today were pretty low so they were giving her some blood products to try to keep it up and then started her on a cardiac drip.
So that is another prayer focus, that her body would adjust and keep her pressure up where it needs to provide well for her body.
And of course prayers for rest, for pain control, to remain free from infection and for [her husband] too to get some good sleep tonight. The hospital is having tight flu protections and have drastically cut visiting hours so they are 12-8.
If you are sick in any way please do not go. They won’t let you in anyways and Mary and all the other patients don’t need that exposure.
Thanks for praying though, there have already been many answered prayers but still some to go.
Thanks , for the up-date :)
