A manifold witness I have placed in you ,
All that is faithful and true ,
A oneness of The Father and I in one breath ,
Can you imagine this depth ,
For what once rested upon me ,
Was the one and the three in complete harmony ,
And so it is even now My fullness with you ,
For as you witness me all 3 come through ~ ~ ~
John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
John 16:6-12 (King James Version)
6But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart.
7Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
8And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9Of sin, because they believe not on me;
10Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
12I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
John 20:22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
1 Corinthians 4:18-21 (New King James Version) 18 Now some are puffed up, as though I were not coming to you. 19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord wills, and I will know, not the word of those who are puffed up, but the power. 20 For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power. 21 What do you want? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?
Ha...I have no problem with that and since this thread has fizzled out, I'll take the time to disclose it...
There have been three actually but I'll pick just one...
Was traveling home from work one late afternoon...Was riding shotgun in a p/u truck with a buddy driving...
As I was talking to the friend, I happened to look beyond him thru the driver's window and saw this object just above the tree line...Very few trees right there in that area close to the highway...
The object was about the size of a quarter if you held it at arm's length...Silverish gray but not shiny...
It appeared to be a quarter or half a mile to the West and it was moving about the same speed we were...
We were both looking at it by then trying to figure out what it was...
It then picked up a little bit of speed and when it got ahead of us, it turned right...Went right across the road in front of us as it put the petal to the metal...Within a very short distance it was moving about as fast as one of the Blue Angels in a high speed run at tree top level with the afterburners on...
We watched it head east til it was out of sight...
We were going nuts in the truck, knowing that this round thing was definitely not an airplane...
We were listening to the radio as we always did...Less than ten minutes down the road, there was a bulletin on the radio...
"The U.S. Coast Guard had just reported an unidentified flying object coming off land and travelling across Lake Michigan at a very high rate of speed"...We were about 3 miles from Lake Michigan at the time and the sighting was reported by the CG at our exact location...
Don't know what it was...But I know what it wasn't...
Be prepared to be mocked relentlessly.
Do you know it wasn't an optical light refraction, atmospheric electricity or plasma effect?
Certainly do...I was about 7 miles from the U.S. Coast Guard Station that picked it up on their radar...
Then you know which of the list can and cannot result in a radar signal. Right?
In the interest of truth, although I don’t trust Jeff for a moment:
“14The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 15The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one. 16 “For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.” - 1 Corinthians 2
As one of my favorite commentators, Albert Barnes, puts it at the start of a lengthy discussion of this passage:
“Verse 16. For who hath known, etc. This passage is quoted from Isaiah 40:13. The interrogative form is a strong mode of denying that any one has ever known the mind of the Lord. The argument of Paul is this: “No one can understand God. No one can fully comprehend his plans, his feelings, his views, his designs. No one by nature, under the influence of sense and passion, is either disposed to investigate his truths, or loves them when they are revealed. But the Christian is influenced by God. He has his Spirit. He has the mind of Christ, who had the mind of God. He sympathizes with Christ; he has his feelings, desires, purposes, and plans. And as no one can fully understand God by nature, so neither can he understand him who is influenced by God, and is like him; and it is not to be wondered at that he regards the Christian religion as folly, and the Christian as a fool.
The mind of Christ. The views, feelings, and temper of Christ. We are influenced by his Spirit.”
The full discussion is worth reading, IMHO, scroll down to verse 16: http://www.studylight.org/com/bnn/view.cgi?book=1co&chapter=002
It is not heresy nor is it grasping at things too high for us to claim we have the ‘mind of Christ’, for the Holy Spirit - God Himself - indwells us to teach us.
If Jeff quoted scripture for encouraging others, and left it with his fallible comments, I wouldn’t have a beef with him. It is his insistence that his writings are the very words of God Himself that I reject, in no small part due to his haste in condemning others, and his refusal to discuss what he is teaching - something that the Apostle Paul, who wrote the passage, was EXTREMELY willing to do, and to praise those who searched the scripture to see if what he taught was consistent with God’s revelation.
I also doubt Jeff is using the phrase the way Paul did. Paul, as Barnes points out, was saying he expected to be misunderstood, since those who reject Christ will also reject His followers. I think Jeff is using it to say that he is uttering the God-breathed words of God Himself, infallibly, because there is no difference between Jeff’s mind and the mind of Jesus.
If that is NOT what Jeff is saying, then he is welcome to clarify his meaning...

So, this is not an alien sighting, but merely a UFO sighting. Unidentified, not identified. I did ask you about your alien experience. Do you have one?
Moses spoke it first that all should prophecy not Paul he was merely speaking from the books of moses taught him , I am not judging at all merely stating that our words have outcome and will be measured however each one here knows already whether they are walking on the Father’s love or their own flesh . The tongue is a hard thing to control but the Fear of the Lord brings not just understanding but humility as we recognize Christ in our brothers and sisters in Christ “ The testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy “
The gift of prophecy (I Corinthians 12) and the office of the prophet (Ephesians 4:11) are not the same thing.
There is a ministry of the prophet, but not everyone is a prophet. For example, a boy may wear a Cubs baseball cap, but that does not mean he plays professional baseball for the Chicago Cubs. You may prophesy, but operating in the simple gift of prophecy does not qualify you to stand in the office of a prophet, much like wearing a Cubs hat does not qualify you to play baseball for the Chicago Cubs - you must be gifted. To stand in the office of a prophet, one must have a consistent manifestation of at least two of the revelation gifts ( word of wisdom, word of knowledge, or discerning of spirits) plus prophecy.
Prophecy is not the intepretation of tongues.
The Bible says that “greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues” (I Corinthians 14:5), even though both are inspired utterances. Tongues, of course, is inspired utterance in an “unknown” tongue. The interpretation of tongues is inspired utterance telling that which was spoken in tongues. Prophecy, on the other hand, is inspired utterance in a “known” tongue. The difference between interpretation and prophecy is that interpretation is dependent upon tongues, whereas prophecy is not.
Prophecy is not prediction..
People sometimes think that “prophecy” means to predict (foretell) what will happen in the future. Actually, the simple gift of prophecy is essentially forthtelling; it is a ministry to make people better and more useful Christians now. Prophecy in the New Testament church carries no prediction with it whatsoever, for “he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort” (I Corinthians 14:3). Notice that there is no mention of the word prediction here.
Prophecy is not the same thing as preaching..
The words preach and prophesy come from two entirely different Greek words. To “preach” means to proclaim, announce, cry, or tell. Jesus said, “Go ye into all the world, and PREACH the gospel..” (Mark 16:15). Note that He didn’t say to prophesy the Gospel.
The word prophecy means to “bubble up, to flow forth, or to cause to drop like rain.” Teaching and preaching are preplanned, but prophecy is not.
The Bible tells us that we are to “Despise not prophesyings. Prove all things.” I Thessalonians 5:20-21. When a prophecy is given, we are to test it and hold on to what is good in it.
Seven Ways to Judge Prophecy
1. By their fruits you shall know them.
(Matthew 7:16-18,20)
2. Does it glorify Christ?
(John 16:14; I Corinthians 12:3; I John 4:1-2)
3. Does it agree with the Scriptures? (Isaiah 8:20)
4. Are their prophecies fulfilled? (Deuteronomy 18:22) Some prophecies are not of God even though they may come to pass. The benchmark remains that all prophecies should exalt the Lord Jesus.
5. Is the prophecy disjointed or confused? True prophecy is line upon line and precept upon precept.
(Isaiah 28:13)
6. Do the prophecies produce liberty or bondage? (Romans 8:15)
7. All believers have an unction (anointing) within them that tells them when something is wrong. Prophecies should witness with our spirit.
(I John 2:20,27)
Why Is Prophecy Important?
There are five reasons why prophecy is so important in the local church:
1. It brings life. Prophecy brought life to the valley of dry bones (Ezekiel 37:1-4).
2. It gives spiritual vision. The Bible says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.’ The Lord gives vision through the prophetic word (Proverbs 29:13,18).
3. It edifies, exhorts, and comforts (I Corinthians 14:3).
4. It brings revival and restoration. True prophecy brings restoration and revival (Acts 2:16-18).
5. It guides you to your right position in Christ. Prophecy is used by God to direct you where you need to go (Acts 13:1-3)
Wew are vessels , you as well as I have explained what these mean if you follow the threads .
However I am not the focus , it is what these words bring to you personally that matters and if we swallow our pride and look at the message and not the messenger we receive a blessing . Hold onto the good let go of the bad . . .

EXHORTATIONS FROM THE FATHER
[Reflections Of The Father’s Heart]
October 23rd 2009
+ Those who are used as vessels of reproach and persecution against My obedient ones do not walk with Me in the place of intimacy that I have called them to and, therefore, they “devise” their own ways and plans in “My” name - plans rooted in self-desire and the pursuit of self-glory that will ALWAYS be in direct opposition to the desires and plans of My heart. This will continually produce an “enmity” towards those who are “abiding” in the life of the Cross [obedience unto the death of the self-life] until such a time as a deep and thorough repentance has been entered into by those who have reviled My faithful and obedient ones.
“enmity” - a feeling or condition of hostility; hatred; ill will; animosity;
“revile” - to assail with contemptuous language; address or speak of abusively; vilify; berate; slander;
....”LORD, WHO shall dwell [temporarily] in Your tabernacle? Who shall dwell [permanently] on Your holy hill? He who walks and lives uprightly and blamelessly, who works rightness and justice and speaks and thinks the truth in his heart, He who does not slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his friend, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbor”.... Psalms 15:1-3 The Amplified Translation
....”Listen to Me, you who know righteousness, A people in whose heart is My law; Do not fear the reproach of man, Nor be dismayed at their revilings”.... Isaiah 51:7 NASB
....”Blessed and happy and enviably fortunate and spiritually prosperous (in the state in which the born-again child of God enjoys and finds satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of his outward conditions) are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake (for being and doing right), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven! Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you falsely on My account. Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you. [II Chron. 36:16.]”.... Matthew 5:10-12 The Amplified Translation
Can you tell us about the miracle Quix believes you performed?
WRONG
WRONG
WRONG
WRONG AGAIN.
This is not THAT difficult . . .
GOD ALMIGHTY OF THE ANGEL ARMIES
DOES
the miracles . . . through flawed mortals.
cain’t y’all’s clique get ANYTHING right?
THANKS.
GOOD DESCRIPTION.
Yes, we know ALL modern day folks with supernatural powers claim it’s all for good and the glory of God. Every phony “psychic” on TV says the same thing.
It seems you’ve put Jedediah in a tough position. He doesn’t want to answer about the miracle, he’s been asked many, many times.
He’s been pretty quiet since he told us he’s a prophet and a healer, perhaps adding “miracle worker” to his resume’ is a bit much, even for him.
It’s odd that you have to answer for him and he won’t do it himself.
All such which
would be FAR MORE preposterous! LOL.
VERY WELL PUT.
THX.
So an optical light refraction, atmospheric electricity or plasma effect -
Is MORE Preposterous than:
Fallen Angels, MASQUERADING AS ALIENS?
Really?
UHHHHHHHHHH . . . in this case . . .
it happens to be
about MY life!
I’ll try and remember to let y’all’s clique know when Sam’s Club semi’s roll in with a new shipment of
. . . . cooth . . .
Naturally occurring atmospheric events are more preposterous than alien space craft?
Please explain you logic and calculations. Show your work.
It’s not just about you.
It’s about a fellow who comes on FR, promotes his blog endlessly, then claims to be a prophet and a healer, and then performs a miracle for our resident BELIEVER IN ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, Quix.
Sorry if it’s the tiniest bit fishy.
Check to see if Muttley is laughing.
So,
Just how often, documented, of course,
have how many millions of people seen
THOSE naturally occurring atmostpheric events????
. . . .
. . . . “. . . promotes his blog endlessly . . . “
is a brazen falsehood clearly easily known to be a falsehood.
May The Lord God Almighty rebuke all such false accusations.
