Hey, as long as they don’t strap bombs to mental little ones, women and young boys and don’t want to take over the world, I’m OK with the Mormons - too many damned nutjobs in the world right now to worry about them. Shake another tree...

Jumping away from the LDS issue, the author has some strange proclamations on that site:

(Part that was not included with the above)
Good News for Mormons!

I have GOOD news and BAD news for Mormons! The bad news first!

The BAD NEWS is: Mormonism is a LIE! It began as a pious fraud from a man who thought he was doing God's will. His catalepsy made him think his own thoughts were the Voice of God talking to him. Sidney Rigdon is the true source of Mormonism. He wrote the book based upon a story by Solomon Spaulding. He was the true source of the "Thus saith the Lord" Revelations of Joseph Smith, the "Lectures on Faith", etc. The Book of Mormon is NOT ancient history. It is a production of the 19th century.

The GOOD NEWS is: it does NOT matter! Mormons who do good in their lives can expect to receive a favorable incarnation in the next life; if they DO what their leaders SAY, but NOT what their leaders DO.

You WILL be with your loved ones again, in Bardo (the world between death and the next reincarnation)! Everybody will! Not because of any Temple sealings. Everybody goes to Bardo. Thousands of people who are not Mormons have had Near-Death Experiences wherein they meet their dead loved ones! They had no "Temple Sealings". Everybody goes to Bardo (the "Spirit-World") and meets their loved ones.

Men and women "may" become "gods" (Devas), but this is NOT dependent upon following "The Brethren" but upon how "holy" are own souls are at death.

There ARE Planes of Existence the exactly resemble the "Celestial Glory of the Celestial Kingdom" as Mormons believe in and hope for. Going there has NOTHING to do with Temple sealings, or obeying Mormon Church leaders. Going to these Planes is dependent upon how "HOLY" we can transform our own souls in this life.

Dr. Dahesh taught that it does not matter what religion one belongs to as long as that religion admonishes its followers to DO GOOD, because we are all judged by the Laws of Karma, regardless of what religion we belong to, or even if we are "religious" of not. Dahesh taught that the Atheist will have a more favorable re-incarnation than the devout religious person, if the Atheist does MORE GOOD in his life than the devout person has done.

So, there is no reason to leave the Mormon Church as long as the Mormon strives to do MORE GOOD in their lives, to give more in Fast Offerings, less in Tithing, and to live the Golden Rule and practice "Pure Religion" as Jesus defined it.

I have known the FACTS written herein for many years. I did NOT want to put these facts into writing, because I did not wish to "hurt" true-believing Mormons; a few which were still close friends. I know how horribly devastating these truths can be to a true-believing Mormon. I did not wish to hurt anyone. But, over the years, I saw that the best thing to do would be to simply TELL THE TRUTH and let God take care of the rest.

For all those years I tried to defend the Mormon Church, and Mormons, I felt a dark presence. I felt oppressed. I felt very weak and depressed. But, since I accepted the TRUTH, I have felt "light" and the oppression and depression are GONE!

I am free! And the TRUTH will make you FREE! And I am more happy today than I have ever been.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. And He has returned with a New Name, and that Name is DAHESH!

I testify to you that I know these things are true, and I bare you this testimony in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Take care, and go in Peace!

Tons of violence and evil in this world and you get all bent out of shape about how someone PEACEFULLY practices their religion. You Mormon bigots really puzzle me.

I’m agnostic, so I have no horse in this race, but I do wonder what it is about Mormonism that freaks some people out so much that they write diatribes such as this.

Glenn Beck is a Mormon. He seems pretty good at investigating the lies of politicians and government. I wonder if he would apply that passion in investigating his religion.

In such a screed, there are lots of targets. Some are obvious. Compare the claims made in “fact” 18 about what the book of mormon says, versus what the book of mormon says (it’s online).

By that quick and easy comparison, the author of this smelly garbage is full of crap. 22 piles of crap, in fact.

This stuff is really tiresome. But then like Chris Matthews, the author probably gets a “thrill” up his leg.

Thank you so much for your diligence, perseverance and courage to seek and tell the truth. Ezk 36 Watchman is told to warn the people and their blood will not be on the Watchman's hands. You were called to this walk so that you could be a Watchman. Speak the truth, in love, whenever the Holy Spirit prompts you, then you will have fulfilled your responsibility to the Father and your fellow man.

I have saved your writings for any future use I may have. It was an excellent piece. Thank you.

TRUTH IGNORED ?

Smith, Young, Taylor, Pratt, Snow, Kimball, Woodruff ...

 1 Timothy 3:2-3
 2.  Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,
 3.  not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.

1 Timothy 3:12
A deacon must be the husband of but one wife and must manage his children and his household well.

 Titus 1:6
An elder must be blameless, the husband of but one wife, a man whose children believe and are not open to the charge of being wild and disobedient.

BEHOLD!!!!  The Restorative Power  of the Book of Mormon!!

THE BOOK OF JACOB
THE BROTHER OF NEPHI
CHAPTER 2

24 Behold, David and Solomon truly had many wives and concubines, which thing was abominable before me, saith the Lord.
25 Wherefore, thus saith the Lord, I have led this people forth out of the land of Jerusalem, by the power of mine arm, that I might raise up unto me a righteous branch from the fruit of the loins of Joseph.
26 Wherefore, I the Lord God will not suffer that this people shall do like unto them of old.
  27 Wherefore, my brethren, hear me, and hearken to the word of the Lord: For there shall not any man among you have save it be one wife; and concubines he shall have none;
28 For I, the Lord God, delight in the chastity of women. And whoredoms are an abomination before me; thus saith the Lord of Hosts.
29 Wherefore, this people shall keep my commandments, saith the Lord of Hosts, or cursed be the land for their sakes.
30 For if I will, saith the Lord of Hosts, raise up seed unto me, I will command my people; otherwise they shall hearken unto these things.
31 For behold, I, the Lord, have seen the sorrow, and heard the mourning of the daughters of my people in the land of Jerusalem, yea, and in all the lands of my people, because of the wickedness and abominations of their husbands.
32 And I will not suffer, saith the Lord of Hosts, that the cries of the fair daughters of this people, which I have led out of the land of Jerusalem, shall come up unto me against the men of my people, saith the Lord of Hosts.

Do NOT listen to an avowed ANTI who has presented ALL this stuff out-of-context!

My HEART has confirmed to me that the Book of MORMON is true and Joseph Smith is a PROPHET!

--MormonDude(But I still am a bit confused why NONE of our SACRED temple rituals and covenants and practices are NOT found in the BoM...)

Unless the writer can learn how to summarize, the Mormon Church doesn’t have to worry about me knowing even one of those things.
