Your going to see things move very quickly now for I AM aT the fronT of this battle against darkness and the taking back of my land .
Be prepared to war against the enemy as never before and remember the armor of Jericho for the walls of the enemies encampments Shall go down in great tumult amidst your war cries and the blast of the trumpet for you are my shofars of delight .
Now do my bidding and assault the fortresses of kerioth and lance all her rulers that " Lie " within her by the filling of my spirit and the washing of my water as my Blood( Testimony of Jesus Christ , Coals of fire from the throne ) touches their lips for it is a new and better covenant I vring to these nations(people)and Land .
Joshua 4:10-23
10 Now the priests who carried the ark remained standing in the middle of the Jordan until everything the LORD had commanded Joshua was done by the people, just as Moses had directed Joshua. The people hurried over, 11 and as soon as all of them had crossed, the ark of the LORD and the priests came to the other side while the people watched. 12 The men of Reuben, Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh crossed over, armed, in front of the Israelites, as Moses had directed them. 13 About forty thousand armed for battle crossed over before the LORD to the plains of Jericho for war.
14 That day the LORD exalted Joshua in the sight of all Israel; and they revered him all the days of his life, just as they had revered Moses.
15 Then the LORD said to Joshua, 16 "Command the priests carrying the ark of the Testimony to come up out of the Jordan."
17 So Joshua commanded the priests, "Come up out of the Jordan."
18 And the priests came up out of the river carrying the ark of the covenant of the LORD. No sooner had they set their feet on the dry ground than the waters of the Jordan returned to their place and ran at flood stage as before.
19 On the tenth day of the first month the people went up from the Jordan and camped at Gilgal on the eastern border of Jericho. 20 And Joshua set up at Gilgal the twelve stones they had taken out of the Jordan. 21 He said to the Israelites, "In the future when your descendants ask their fathers, 'What do these stones mean?' 22 tell them, 'Israel crossed the Jordan on dry ground.' 23 For the LORD your God dried up the Jordan before you until you had crossed over. The LORD your God did to the Jordan just what he had done to the Red Sea [a] when he dried it up before us until we had crossed over.
Thanks, WVK. I know. And it saddens me because there is such freedom in Christ and in having a personal relationship with Him. Love, M
I’m not worried one bit about my works. They are a natural outpouring of my faith.
Yes, dear.
Yes, dear.
You are out of answers. Facing the truth, you are out of replies.
Pretending the Truth isn’t there will not diminish the Truth one whit.
But the “yes, dear” crowd avoid facing it. Good luck with that.
What a cowardly pack of calumny.
You are known by your fruits, yak.
Your stock in trade!
In these YOPIOS posts are the fruits of rejection of the Ten Commandments.
It’s positively Alinskyite.
No, I don’t believe it is so much Scriptural as it is Prideful.
I should think a Christian would be more concerned with reaching the un-churched than one would be with judging the faith of another.
Satan is the father of all lies. Roll on.
WVK;
It is considered appropriate protocol to ping those whom you would denigrate on FR.
***Mary, Pete has nothing to offer but his feeble attempts at humor.***
The screen name is Petronski, not Pete.
***markbs is stuck in the law, and can’t see his way out. ***
Firstly, my name is capitalized, and secondly, the sophomoric toilet humour of appending ‘bs’ to my name is not usual FR behaviour. I have done you the dignity of capitalizing your name and I have never appended toilet acronyms to your screen name.
Secondly, I have posted all appropriate Scripture in order to debate your points; any law invoked is from the words of Jesus, not a bishop.
Proverbs 6:
16
4 There are six things the LORD hates, yes, seven are an abomination to him;
17
Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood;
18
A heart that plots wicked schemes, feet that run swiftly to evil,
19
The false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers.
***Shake it from your feet. There are some forces who wish to keep things the way they are... and bondage to the Mosaid law is their requirement! The Roman Catholics prefer bondage to freedom, and want to keep others in their misery. So, be girded...***
The ‘freedom’ of the Reformation is guided by the evil one; the repudiation of Matthew, for the most part, is very telling on Reformed and allied theologies.
Galations 1:
6
5 6 I am amazed that you are so quickly forsaking the one who called you by (the) grace (of Christ) for a different gospel
7
(not that there is another). But there are some who are disturbing you and wish to pervert the gospel of Christ.
There is another stark and frightening gospel that is perverted from the Gospel of the Apostles and the early Church and that is the freedom of interpretation gospel of the Reformation and its spawn. Your personal interpretation is in error.
That's convenient!
John 3: 16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned... - with love and the FRE GIFT of justificatiion, Jesus.
Do you even consider it a sin to lie about a Catholic?
Do you even consider it a sin to lie about a Protestant? You do it in most of your posts to us...
***You have offered to pray for my soul and I gratefully accepted. Please allow me to return the gift.
Don’t forget the beads and light a candle or two, please! I didn’t need any when I prayed for you... but my faith is in Jesus! ***
Proverbs 3:
5
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, on your own intelligence rely not;
6
In all your ways be mindful of him, and he will make straight your paths.
7
Be not wise in your own eyes, fear the LORD and turn away from evil;
8
This will mean health for your flesh and vigor for your bones.
Methinks that you trust in yourself and in your personal interpretation more than Jesus.
33
The curse of the LORD is on the house of the wicked, but the dwelling of the just he blesses;
34
When he is dealing with the arrogant, he is stern, but to the humble he shows kindness.
1 Timothy 6:
3
Whoever teaches something different and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the religious teaching
4
is conceited, understanding nothing, and has a morbid disposition for arguments and verbal disputes. From these come envy, rivalry, insults, evil suspicions,
5
and mutual friction among people with corrupted minds, who are deprived of the truth, supposing religion to be a means of gain.
The Reformation gained much from misleading the people.
Romans 12:1
1 2 I urge you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, your spiritual worship.
2
Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.
3
For by the grace given to me I tell everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than one ought to think, but to think soberly, each according to the measure of faith that God has apportioned.
Do you really think that you are above the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and its 2000 years of faithful stewardship until He returns?
***Mark, continue in your piety and penance***
I will do my best, bolstered by the Grace of God and His Holy Spirit. Thank you for the gentle reminder.
*** it’s not going to help you in the end, no matter how much your priests promise!***
I don’t have any priests. I don’t have anything; the Lord Jesus Christ has me for which I am grateful. Remember that we Catholics don’t have a god made in our own image on the hall stand that we rub for luck when we walk by.
Jesus Created us. Not vice versa.
***Mine is also my brother! He wouldn’t, nay, couldn’t lie!***
Could you explain this a bit further?
***Im not worried one bit about my works. They are a natural outpouring of my faith.***
I trust that they are Christian and aplenty.
***Mark, you can spout your church’s dogma and erroneous interpretations all day. It will not change the truth! God’s plan is much too simple for you... ***
No apologies for the ‘bs’ designation? Funny, I thought that you were a self described Christian.
Anyhow; you have a half dozen out of context quotes from the Gospels without their accompanying verses. And?
Jesus gives us His Grace for free; now how will you pass His Judgement? Read Matthew 25 before you answer please, since you have apparently become unfamiliar, or possibly never familiar with its contents.
***In these YOPIOS posts are the fruits of rejection of the Ten Commandments.***
Luther regretted his works toward the end. Pandora’s box - the evil not only lived on, but multiplied like rats on a ship carrying food or Democrats in the inner city.
No, I am part of Christ's universal church. I do claim no allegiance to the Roman Catholic Church. It teaches bondage and law, contrary to the mission of Jesus Christ.
John 3: 31 "The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. 33 The man who has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. 34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God[k] gives the Spirit without limit. 35 The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him."
It's as simple as that! Jesus calls us gently and promises us every thing we need. His plan doesn't include a bunch of guys in fancy clothes with smells and bells in the middle! He specifically excludes them!
Matthew 23: 8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.
