The eternal God is your refuge and dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms; He drove the enemy before you and thrust them out, saying, Destroy! (Deuteronomy 33:27)
We seek You today for the protection of our military, both here and abroad. You are their refuge and underneath them are Your everlasting arms. As You did in ages past, we trust You for now: Drive the enemy before them and thrust them out! Military leadership is considering a new course of action in Afghanistan. If these plans are of You, we know they will succeed. If they are not, let Your wisdom come to light and prevail. You always have a battle plan for success. We pray particularly for an outpouring of Your Spirit on leadership. Guide them with Your love and goodness that they might diligently seek You and Your ways before making decisions. You are able.

We pray also for the Veterans for Constitutional Restoration in their mission to be an ongoing educational outreach program that will explain to and teach the people about our republican form of government, how government has over-reached and extended itself beyond its mandated limits, and what needs to be done to push government, particularly the federal government, back inside its constitutional box, and to limit it to ONLY those powers and duties specifically granted to it by the Constitution. Shine Your light on their work so that those in agreement will know and those in darkness will see the truth they publish. May the new veterans be inspired to help this good work. Truth always leads to You, Sir, so we pray that Your saving grace would accompany all that they have set their hand to.
You are our only hope, but You are a Strong Tower and the ultimate Champion of our salvation. We lean on You and thank You for Your tender mercies towards us. We pray in the name of our Redeemer and path to the Father, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Join me as we pray for our heroes today.
Amen.
God bless our brave troops.
THE NEW EDEN Part 2
Europeans called them savages
For their ways were very old
Simple ways and cherished days
Truly brethren in each fold
This was a land of plenty
before we forgot to give
our thanks for all its richness
and plundered all that lived
Weve destroyed our own inheritance
A gift from God above
Oh, there are ways we can bring it back
But, we must be led by love
We must truly learn to listen
to what God says in the wind
A pure and simple life is
a treasure that never ends
No, we cannot leave our inventions
that have served all our needs
But, we must fight the evils of
Hatred, clocks and greed
Prayers going up for our American Heroes!
Amen.
Oh posterity,
You will never know how much it cost us to preserve your freedom. I hope that you will make a good use of it.
If you do not, I shall repent in Heaven that I ever took half the pains to preserve it.
John Adams
Many thanks and mighty prayers to all who serve!
Amen.
You posted it! Thanks for sharing.
God Bless Our Heroes...and Their Families!
I forgot to add the continued at the end...there is one more addition to this little ode. Tomorrow, God willing.
Get well Alpha. You are needed here.
I’ll look for it.
I join in prayer for our heroes!
You are our only hope....
I agree, in The Name of Jesus Christ our LORD and Savior to your prayer and ask that God heal our beloved Prayer Warrior, Alpha , amen.
"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not."
~I John 3:1 ~
KJV
Thank you for adding your “amen” to our prayer thread.
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word. (2 Thess. 2:16,17) In Jesus’ name, Amen.
“The final prayer of Jesus was about you.
His final pain was for you.
His final passion was for you.
Before He went to the Cross, Jesus went to the garden.
And when He spoke with His Father, you were in his prayers...
And God couldn’t turn His back on you. He couldn’t because he saw you, and one look at you was all it took to convince Him.
Right there in the middle of a world which isn’t fair.
He saw you cast into a river of life you didn’t request.
He saw you betrayed by those you love.
He saw you with a body which gets sick and a heart which grows weak...
On the eve of the cross, Jesus made his decision. He would rather go to Hell for you, than to go to heaven without you.
And the Angels were Silent.”
God bless those who serve and thank you!!!! With Love!
This is a beautiful poem and enough to get anyone back on his feet and then down to his knees in gratitude. Thank you for posting it.
