As far as I can tell Fr. Vlasic has been removed from the cure of souls because of his ‘spiritual marriage’ with Angela Haupnel (a German ‘mystic’).

He hasn’t had anything to do with the Visionaries at Medjugorje for about 20 years. Indeed he wanted one of them to publicly endorse his relationship with Haupnel, and she flatly refused.

The Daily Mail is completely wrong to assume Vlasic’s change in status has anything to do with the truth or falsehood of the visitations.

This has NOTHING to do with assessing the validity of the visions at Medjugorje.
