Now no one can look at the sun, bright as it is in the skies after the wind has swept them clean. Out of the north he comes in golden splendor; God comes in awesome majesty. The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress. (Job 37:21-23)

Holy Lord, we give You thanksgiving for all things, great and small. Fill our hearts with gratitude, Father, as You open our eyes to the greatness of Your kindness.

Father, we thank You for the military You have provided for us. We thank You for every victory they have gained, we thank You for their skill and their courage. Lord, we thank You above all that our troops have conducted themselves with honor and compassion, that they have come as liberators and not as conquerors. May You send Your Word among them, Lord, that they may receive Your strength and stand firm in goodness.

Father, we also thank You for those who pray for this country, for everyone who works to preserve liberty in our land and sanity in our government. May Your hand be with them all, to strengthen them, guide them, and give them success.

Lord, we pray that You would strengthen all Your saints with grace. Father, we continue to ask for mercy for our country.

Father, this whole universe is Yours. In Your holiness, in Your splendor and majesty, You shine brighter than the sun. You are exalted in Your power, and You reign in justice and righteousness. May all honor and praise be Yours forever, for You alone are God, as we confess in the Name of Jesus, Amen.

A call to prayer.

Holy God,

It is so easy to be discouraged by what is happening in our nation. Our hearts are heavy with the knowledge that America is being pulled away by the works of Satan. And yet we acknowledge that You are still on Your heavenly throne and that nothing escapes Your vision. We commit this land to You, Father, and pray first for Your forgiveness of our many sins, seeking Your mercy though we deserve it not. We pray second for You to help us expose the lies of the Devil so that our nation would no longer be deceived. And we pray for Your infinite mercy and Your amazing grace upon America. Your Son died for the people of this nation, Father, and we ask You to shine a light upon the darkness of our hearts so that we may return unto You and live our lives according to Your truths. We need You, Lord. The answer to every problem and circumstance in this nation is You. Help us, Lord, lest we perish. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Amen to every word of your prayers. There is a symphony, a harmony in your hearts with the Spirit of God, which is evident. Thank you so much for allowing the Spirit to use you in this way.

So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.
