In a speech to a convention in Washington, DC, the US Vice President Joe Biden said Israel must stop building in Judea and Samaria and in fact should dismantle existing outposts in the West Bank allowing for freedom of movement for the Palestinian people.
These remarks from Vice President Biden drew a response from a member of the Israeli Knesset, Ketzaleh Katz, that the vice president should be a bit more careful when giving instructions to a sovereign democratic state and should have more respect for the Bible, the people of the Bible and the land of the Bible.

Maybe the problem is that Biden read the Bible and feels sympathy for Biblical peoples—the Philistines, the Amalekites, the Gibeonites, the Hivites, the Ammonites—and thinks the Israelites owe reparations for beating up on them in ancient times.
and my sweet little old dem MIL says with a straight face that “Joe Biden is a statesman, an expert in foreign affairs....a man of great intellect..........LMAO!!!
He was kind to the VP - I would have had stronger words for him.
Part of the problem is these type like Biden are somewhat a disgrace to the name Catholic. It is one thing to be born and baptised a certain denomination and think it’s in the bag forever. It is another to realise that it takes work to earn that and to know and appreciate other Christians who have studied so hard and know so much they are practically kissing the Lord in the face. They will never be condemned but false leaders will.
The various Kennedys we know of and others in spotlight are far outweighed by regular working folk who tithe, who care and who see right through this. It’s a travel for some-IF you can deal with it. It doesn’t have to be fun or hypocrisy. I think the Pope His self would say that one on that path towards understanding is Blessed by that walk. That in itself pleases the ^. It is Mystery because it requires a search.
