Maybe the problem is that Biden read the Bible and feels sympathy for Biblical peoples—the Philistines, the Amalekites, the Gibeonites, the Hivites, the Ammonites—and thinks the Israelites owe reparations for beating up on them in ancient times.

Part of the problem is these type like Biden are somewhat a disgrace to the name Catholic. It is one thing to be born and baptised a certain denomination and think it’s in the bag forever. It is another to realise that it takes work to earn that and to know and appreciate other Christians who have studied so hard and know so much they are practically kissing the Lord in the face. They will never be condemned but false leaders will.
The various Kennedys we know of and others in spotlight are far outweighed by regular working folk who tithe, who care and who see right through this. It’s a travel for some-IF you can deal with it.
