Having said that if the headache gets worse, experiences nausea and or vomiting or seems confused .......call 911

I doubt any of this will happen but knowledge is a good thing.....

I was just wondering about when to determine, or how to determine that. He is getting worse, no doubt, but where is the line to take him in. He has no nausea, no confusion, and is using an icepack for the headache. He says he feels the pressure building.
