I was just wondering about when to determine, or how to determine that. He is getting worse, no doubt, but where is the line to take him in. He has no nausea, no confusion, and is using an icepack for the headache. He says he feels the pressure building.

Here is a list I found on the net....

Get help if you notice the following symptoms:

Any symptom that is getting worse, such as headaches, nausea or sleepiness
Nausea that doesn’t go away
Changes in behavior, such as irritability or confusion
Dilated pupils (pupils that are bigger than normal) or pupils of different sizes
Trouble walking or speaking
Drainage of bloody or clear fluids from ears or nose
Vomiting
Seizures
Weakness or numbness in the arms or legs

No need to panic just yet my friend. For pain, tylenol only .....asprin and motrin/advil type products are blood thinners.....

You might check every few hours during the night make sure is oriented to year, place, and person.

Didn’t any health care professional give you any of this information about head injuries?

In the mean time keep all of us posted and we are all praying for you....
