Pelosi has no shame. Knowing the Church's position on abortion and other moral issues and the Pope's previous admonitions to politicians, you'd think she'd just keep away and go elsewhere to do her gladhanding.

Please, your assessment is ridiculous and ludicrous. The “pope” is not some weak, addled brained adolescent who is totally incompetent, being taken advantage of and mislead. He knows exactly who and what Pelosi is but instead of roundly condemning her and excommunicating her he is meeting with her anyway because it is all about P O W E R and associating with those who have it.
