The Catholic Church teaches the Assumption of Mary bodily into Heaven. Only Christ Ascended into Heaven.

Do you get the distinction? One ascends into Heaven under one’s own power, an active verb. But someone or something assumed into Heaven does so passively, by the power of another.

Christ, being God, does so under His own power. Mary, explicitly NOT being God, must rely on a power outside of herself (God) to bodily enter unto Heaven.

Oh, I think I can read it okay, Petronski. I just don’t believe she was assumed or ascended. Doesn’t matter which term you use, it’s false.
