Revelations prophecised about the coming of a “Dark Prophet,” who would claim that he was a follower of Christ, but put himself above Jesus. He would conquer 1/3rd the Earth, and cause another 1/3 to die of plague or famine.
Mohammed calls himself the Prophet of God. He claimed he believes in Christ, but placed himself above Christ. He conquered 1/3 the Earth. His followers practice of hurling plague-infested corpses into fortresses helped the plague sweep across the Earth, from China, to India, to Europe, and 1/3 of the Earth died.
Mohammed acknowledged being possessed by Satan. His visions came to him during fits of rage, akin to epilepsy. He preached that the Christian and the Jew must be converted by the threat of death, or be slain in their disbelief. He urged his followers on to global war, calling bloodshed beautiful in the eyes of God... but to seize power by deceit if that was more effective.
He promoted polygamy. His visions of the afterlife were purely Hedonistic, promising those who died in war for Islam 72 virgins. He took several wives, including one as young as six years old. He taught that raping boys didn’t count as adultery if they were under age.
Across the world, particularly in India and China, 350 million people were slaughtered by Islamic leaders. (Compare that with about 1 million by Christians combatting the spread of Islam.) Inheriting the knowledge, science and wisdom of the Greco-Roman and Judeo-Christian worlds, they conquered Europe, spreading from the East as far West as Vienna, from Africa as far North as France, and halfway up the Italian peninsula.
But since Islam is hostile to knowledge, they culturally stagnated, and were pushed back by Christian “Crusaders”. (Yes, the Crusades were a defensive war, called by Pope Urban in defense of Cosntantinople!) Islam collapsed into ignorance and poverty. Now, because of oil wealth, many Islamic nations are among the wealthiest in the world, yet their populations are overwhelmingly destitute; their ignorant leaders horde their wealth, afraid of developing a middle class or educating their people. Their brutal poverty is explained away as a chastisement by God, for failing to be willing to die in wars against Jews and Christians.
If ever there were a more miserable, accursed and evil people, they have been lost to history. And you would join these enemies of freedom, haters of enlightenment, and destroyers of civilization?
